Shipping Policy – Pure Basics
Thank you for shopping at purebasics-us.com. We want you to receive your Pure Basics order smoothly and predictably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your packages. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you submit your order on purebasics-us.com, we begin preparing it for shipment. All orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays).
You will receive a second email – a shipping confirmation – once your package leaves our facility. That email will contain a tracking number. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after a certain cutoff time on a business day will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after that cutoff will begin processing the following Monday.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship Pure Basics products to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
We partner with several reputable carriers. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location, the package weight, and current service availability. You will see the actual carrier name on your shipping confirmation.
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates because once a package leaves our facility, we are subject to the carrier’s performance. However, we will work with you to track down any missing packages.
3. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We happily ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses. Please note that deliveries to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses often take longer than standard street deliveries – sometimes up to 15–20 business days. This is due to the forwarding process used by the postal system. Tracking may also appear less detailed after the package enters the military or P.O. box network.
When shipping to a P.O. box, we will use an appropriate carrier that services those addresses. For APO/FPO, we use the U.S. Postal Service. Customs forms may be required, and we will complete them accurately on your behalf.
4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you wish to ship different Pure Basics items to different locations (for example, a gift to a friend and an item to your home), you will need to place separate orders on purebasics-us.com. Our system cannot split a single order across multiple shipping addresses. We apologize for this limitation.
5. Tracking Your Order
Every order shipped from purebasics-us.com includes tracking. After we send your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier’s website.
If your tracking status shows “label created” for more than 4 business days without movement, please use the contact form on our website (no email or phone needed – just provide your order number). We will investigate with the carrier immediately.
Tracking information is updated by the carrier. Occasionally a package may miss a scan but still be in transit. We appreciate your patience.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as “delivered,” we consider the shipment complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location (such as a workplace, package locker, or a home with a reliable neighbor). If theft is a concern in your area, please select a shipping option that requires a signature.
If your tracking status has not updated for 10 or more business days and the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us via the purebasics-us.com contact form. We will open a lost package investigation with the carrier. Investigations typically take 7–14 business days. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a credit to your original payment method (your choice). We cannot send replacements for sold-out items; in that case, a full credit will be issued.
We do not refund or replace packages that are delayed due to weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or other events outside our control. We will, however, help you track the package and communicate what we learn.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address at checkout. Before finalizing your order on purebasics-us.com, please double-check the street number, street name, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address immediately after ordering, please use the contact form on our website – write “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line and include your order number and the correct address. We will try to update the address before the order processes. However, once the order has moved to “shipped” status, we cannot change the address.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order. If you choose not to have the order resent, we will refund the product cost only, minus the original outbound shipping cost.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (U.S. Territories & International)
For customers in the 50 U.S. states, no additional customs or duties apply. For U.S. territories (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) and military addresses, most shipments also clear without extra fees. In the rare case that a territory imposes a fee, you are responsible for paying it directly to the carrier.
We do not currently ship outside of the United States and its territories. Any attempt to place an order from an international address will be automatically canceled.
9. Split Shipments
If you order multiple Pure Basics items, they may arrive in separate packages. This happens when items are stored in different fulfillment locations. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package. You are not charged extra for split shipments – our cost.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on purebasics-us.com with the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
